My child does not sleep. ...haha here's a picture of my coffee because I am not showing you my unslept face haha.
I am snuggled on my couch on a rainy Monday, remembering when I used to have to peel myself out of bed at the crack of dawn and prep 1000 frozen turkeys or wash lettuce in ice cold water and separate it for 3000 ppl.....haha
I have been working in kitchens since I was 14 yrs old. Always working weekends, evenings and holidays! I feel like I have paid my dues....or put in tripple time for my age. I have bad knees and wrists to prove it.....
Am I happy to be called a Red Seal Chef ? Absolutely😊 it is truly an amazing experience.
For now though I am happy to continue my art of food in the comfort of my own kitchen 🙄

I can't express how happy I am that I said "yes" to this business at this time in my life!🤗
So much freedom, so much fun! I love the challenge of me deciding how little or how MUCH I earn💲💲!
Most of all I love being able to raise my daughter full-time 😏💜
